Pre-launch status

I Wash Pants is not currently accepting orders. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide cleaning services, and submitting the interest form does not create an order, a reservation or any obligation for you or for me.

Pricing shown on this site

All prices, discounts and offers shown on this site are tentative. They may change before launch. Final prices will be shown at the time you place an order.

Testimonials are fictional

All testimonials currently shown on this site are fictional. The quotes were made up, and the people they are attributed to, including their names, locations and order details, do not exist. No customer has used I Wash Pants yet, because the service has not launched. The testimonials are included for entertainment and to show how the site will look once real reviews exist. They are not endorsements and do not describe anyone's actual experience.

When real customers have used the service, fictional testimonials will be removed and replaced with genuine reviews, shared with the customer's permission.

Using the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't try to disrupt it, submit forms automatically, or submit false information. The text, design and the I Wash Pants name and logo belong to I Wash Pants. Photographs are used under the Unsplash License.

Service terms (coming before launch)

When ordering opens, these terms will be expanded to cover orders and payment, what I will and won't accept, shipping responsibility, how garments are cleaned, stain removal limits, damage and loss, liability limits, claims and refunds. Those details will also appear in the Shipping Policy, Garment Care Policy and Service Issues & Refunds page.

The articles in The Pants Department are general garment-care information. They're written carefully, but they're not a guarantee of results for any particular garment. Always follow your garment's care label.

The site is provided as is. I'll try to keep it accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be either.
