Reporting a problem

Contact me with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if relevant. The sooner you report it after your pants arrive, the more I can do about it.

Review before launchSet the reporting window (for example, within 7 days of delivery).

What happens next

If your pants weren't cleaned to the standard described on this site, the first remedy will usually be re-cleaning. Where re-cleaning isn't appropriate, a refund of the cleaning charge for the affected pairs may be offered.

Review before launchDecide: re-clean shipping (who pays), refund of cleaning fees vs. shipping, credit vs. refund, how damage claims interact with this policy.

What usually isn’t a service issue

  • Stains that remain after reasonable treatment and were noted on your order.
  • Pre-existing damage or wear noted on inspection.
  • Shipping costs, delays or loss caused by the carrier.
